This emblematic location has a French-inspired design and three chandeliers that match those of the Flags Hall. 

Its name originated from the functionality that it has been given, for this is the designated space for hosting banquets after protocolary events and diplomatic visits. This space is also used for other type of events such as concerts and workshops. This hall has access to the Presidential Balcony, which overlooks the Central Plaza.
