Mural "Blood, Technique, and Spirit"

The biggest mural atop these staircases is titled: “Blood, Technique, and Spirit”. This is a much more complex piece, wherein the author displays the resulting syncretism of both Mayan and Hispanic cultures. At the center, one can see a Spanish man and a Mayan woman, symbolizing the fusion that gives birth to present-day Guatemalans, which in turn is being represented by a man with features of both characters and who is working on some machinery.

There are several details on this mural, such as a small part of the former headquarters of the University San Carlos de Guatemala. What other details can you spot?
